The Gee Family

My parents had lived in their home for 40 years and it was a difficult decision for my mother to let it go, but it was time. From their first presentation to the family, Ed and Therese Milestone showed us that they were a well organized team. Each had their strengths - Ed helped us through the steps of getting the house physically ready for sale, from getting contractor bids to installing lighting fixtures to being the great negotiator. Therese was the marketing whiz, putting out the word to thousands of potential buyers via the internet, to walking door to door to meet the neighbors. In the end, we received much more than the asking price for the family home. My mother was enormously happy with the results, both emotionally and financially.
