We have used Therese and Ed Milestone more than once and have been extremely happy with the results. During the first sale, Ed’s project management experience came into play as he obtained bids and managed the process of painting, carpeting, replacing linoleum, installing new light fixtures and bathroom vanity, and the installation of a new kitchen countertop. This was immensely helpful, as it allowed us to focus on caring for my ill father. They even stayed in contact with us daily via email when they were out of town. The second time we worked with Ed and Therese, our home did not appraise for the contract price. Rather than accept this, Ed expertly negotiated with the selling agent and the buyers ended up splitting the difference with us between the contract price and appraisal valuation. This garnered us a greater net profit for our home.  Edward and Therese provided a level of professionalism that elevated their service above and beyond every other agent we have ever used.
